Grey wool felt and pink silk rucksack.

This bag is unique in that the inside can be removed, and converts into a lovely little silk folded clutch bag.

The outside is made from wool felt, and the inside is made from vintage kimono silk with a beautiful pink floral print . It is lined with red durable cotton.

Real leather straps, which are both comfortable and strong.

The inside is large enough to hold some books or a 15" laptop, and your everyday items. Perfect for the day or for an evening out.

Each one of these bags are unique, as the silk is from up cycled vintage kimono silk, and we usually only get one or two bags per piece of fabric.

Surēto means slate in Japanese.

Why do you use kimono silks and cottons on your bags?

We try and use natural, sustainable and upcycled fabrics. Also fabrics which have a story and a history, so we use a lot of vintage fabrics which come from damaged kimono which have been unpicked and cleaned. The kimono are from various eras in Japans history.

What are your USP's?

Our bags are ethically made, are limited editions, made from natural fabrics, and are hand made.

Can these bags be purchased anywhere else?

At the moment, they can only be bought on this website, on our Etsy shop, and when we do craft fairs/pop up shops.

What is your returns policy?

- Returns We offer a strict 30 days return policy, for refund or exchange. Claims made after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
