  • Returns We offer a strict 30 days return policy, for refund or exchange. Claims made after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Any item(s) you wish to claim a refund or exchange for must be returned to us within the 30 day period and be *Unused *Returned in its original packaging *Proof of purchase is required (receipt) *Reason for the refund or exchange. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
