Handloomed cotton, upcycled leather and new leather backpack.
The fabric was handloomed, and hand dyed in Mali West Africa.

The black leather at the bottom. Of the bag is from upcycled leather from a coat. The yellow straps are from new leather.

I have used a modern looking buckle as a nice contrast to the handloomed cotton.

I named this bag" Songhai" after the great Empire in West Africa.
